Meet Ash & Liz.
We're Ash and Liz, registered midwives, mums, and the founders of PostPartum. After years of working in hospitals and seeing new parents leave feeling overwhelmed and unsupported, we knew there had to be a better way.
PostPartum. was born from our shared passion for empowering families during the fourth trimester and beyond. We believe every parent deserves real, evidence-based support delivered with warmth and zero judgement.
Whether it's breastfeeding guidance, newborn settling, or simply someone to reassure you that you're doing an amazing job, we're here for you.
Meet Ash.
Ash is a Registered Midwife with extensive experience supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Having worked across busy maternity settings, she has cared for hundreds of mothers and babies, supporting a wide range of feeding journeys, from straightforward beginnings to more complex challenges such as latch difficulties, low supply concerns, and unsettled babies.
Ash is passionate about providing evidence-based, personalised care that is both practical and compassionate. She takes the time to understand each family's unique situation, offering tailored guidance, hands-on support, and reassurance in what can often feel like an overwhelming time.
As a mum of three, Ash understands firsthand how emotional and unpredictable the early days can be. She brings a calm, approachable, and judgement-free style to her care, ensuring every woman feels heard, supported, and confident in the choices she makes for herself and her baby.
